When do you have rides?
We typically have rides year-round! We have an awesome cover that makes it possible to go out in almost any weather. It protects you from the rain and elements. We also have a propane heater to keep you warm. We have rides available every day of the week. But if you don't see a date that works for you, please contact us and we'll try to make it work
How many people can ride at once?
A maximum of 14 people can ride at once. (10 pedalers, 4 riders on 2 benches)
Where does the ride start?
We are excited to partner with a few of the local popular spots downtown. You can pick your option when booking.
Every passenger must arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes before the ride to check-in unless prior permission has been granted by the owner.
How much does it cost?
A full rental Sunday-Thursday is $280+tax.
A full rental Friday-Saturday is $350+tax.
Private and out of town events are priced specifically to the event. For more pricing please contact us.
Are glass containers allowed on the bike?
No, for the safety of others and simplicity sake, we do not allow any glass containers of any kind. This includes glass wine bottles, glass liquor bottles and glass beer bottles. We understand you'll be careful, but accidents happen and we hate to have to cut your ride short due to injury or to clean it up. We suggest you pour it in a flask or plastic container.
What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel a ride?
We understand that there a unforeseeable circumstances and you may need to cancel your ride.
We have 2 options for you.
1. Options for Credit:
Over 24 hours in advance: one-time reschedule with full credit
Within 6-24 hours of ride: half credit towards one-time reschedule
Under 6 hours of the ride: no credit
2. Options for Refunds:
Over 48 hours in advance: full refund
Over 24 hours in advance: half refund
Within 24 hours of your ride: no refund
No Show (after 15mins from start time, no extending time): no credit, no refund
Is there a waitlist
Not at this time. If there is a specific date or time you would like to book, please let us know and we’ll do our best to let you know if it becomes available.

As of our opening season 2023, we do not. We are hoping to in the future.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you can bring your beverage of choice in your own coolers.
Is it hard to pedal?
Pedaling can be as easy or hard as you want! In case you get tired, there's an electric motor on the bike! Pedaling is not required due to the electric assist.
How long is a ride?
Generally the rides are 2 hours long but we do events where that time varies and can customize for private events.
Does the price include tip?
No, but our drivers work hard to make sure you have a fun, safe and memorable experience and we encourage showing them your gratitude.
What is the cleaning fee?
There is a $100 cleaning fee (each) for puking and/or urinating on the bike. This money goes directly to your driver for the hassle of cleaning up the mess- no matter how big or small. Please note that if someone pukes or urinates on the bike, it will result in immediate termination of their ride.
In the occurrence of either puking or urinating while on the bike, your driver will pull over and ask the responsible party to remove themselves. If they do not comply, your party will have to wait until management arrives in which case the entire tour will end without a refund.
